1. General information
Class hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.
Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.
The school remains open all year round, except on national and local public holidays.
Customer service is available in several languages.
The duration of a class is 55 minutes (50 minutes for intensive courses).
Group classes require a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10.
Bookings must be made at least one week in advance.
The student’s place will be confirmed once the corresponding payment has been settled.

3. Enrolment fees and paymentsLanguage courses are exempt from VAT.
The enrolment fee is €40. It is personal, non-transferable, and payable annually.
The enrolment fee is non-refundable in the event of voluntary withdrawal by the student.

Termly fees must be paid within the first 15 days from the start of the term.
After this period, a 5% surcharge will be applied for each additional fortnight.
Once the term has started and the payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
Group courses may be subsidised for employees (workers on another’s account), in accordance with current regulations.
Any bank charges arising from returned payments or bank rejections will be borne by the student.
Idealog reserves the right to cancel any course that does not reach the minimum of 4 students of a homogeneous level up to 8 days before the course start date.
In such cases, a training alternative or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
In the event of teacher absence, the school will endeavour to assign a substitute.
Classes not covered by a substitute due to brief absences will be made up at a later date.
Students may request a change of teacher by contacting the school administration.
The placement test is free of charge and carries no obligation.
All students, except absolute beginners, must submit the written test and needs analysis at least one week before the start of the course.
The oral test will be conducted on the first day of class or over the phone.
At the beginning of the course, students will receive their login credentials to access:
Attendance records.
Progress reports.
Teacher feedback.
Certificates.
Assessment is continuous.
Progress reports will be available periodically on the intranet.
Students who have attended at least 85% of the scheduled classes (100% for students on a student visa) will receive a certificate of attendance.
Students who successfully pass the level will also receive a certificate of achievement (certificado de aprovechamiento).
Certificates will include:
Course name.
Level.
Dates.
Hours completed.
Syllabus/Content covered.
These certificates do not constitute an official degree or qualification.
The centre provides the necessary materials for the course:
Textbooks.
Supplementary materials.
Access to the online platform.
Lending service for books, novels, and other resources.
Online courses via the platform have a duration of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
Access is available 24 hours a day.
Online courses with a live teacher are governed by the same rules as face-to-face courses.
The school will notify families if two consecutive absences occur.
Minors must be picked up punctually at the end of the class.
The school is not responsible for minors outside of scheduled class hours.
Idealog may use photographs and videos taken during the courses for promotional purposes, unless the student explicitly objects on the registration form.

Courses are open to students of any nationality, origin, gender, religion, or personal condition.
Admission is subject to the availability of places and, where applicable, the results of the placement test.
Students must correctly complete the registration form and provide the documentation required by the school.
The school reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet the established academic or administrative requirements.
The school may take disciplinary action in the event of conduct that seriously disrupts community life or the normal development of activities.
Serious lack of respect towards students, teachers, or centre staff.
Discriminatory, aggressive, or intimidating behavior.
Intentional damage to facilities or materials.
Repeated failure to comply with the centre’s rules.
Any behavior that jeopardises the safety or well-being of the educational community.
Expulsion will not entitle the student to a refund of any amounts paid.
Students commit to:
Attend classes regularly and participate actively in training activities.
Respect the teaching staff, administrative staff, and other students.
Maintain appropriate behavior within the facilities.
Make proper use of the facilities, equipment, and teaching materials.
Comply with the attendance, punctuality, and payment rules established by the school.
Inform the school of any changes to their contact details.
On the first day of the course, students will receive:

The Student Handbook.
Information regarding schedules, classrooms, and teachers.
Information on administrative and academic procedures.
A schedule of cultural, social, or complementary activities organised by the school.
The school makes a Student Handbook available to all students, which contains:
Operating rules and regulations.
Academic information.
Administrative procedures.
Available services.
Safety and emergency information.
Complaints and appeals procedure.
Idealog promotes equal opportunities and inclusion.
The centre has adapted access for people with reduced mobility.
Adapted restroom facilities are available.
Students with specific support needs must inform the school before the start of the course so that any necessary reasonable adjustments can be assessed.
The school will study each case individually to facilitate access to learning on an equal footing.
Student satisfaction and progress are continuously evaluated through various monitoring and improvement mechanisms:
Satisfaction questionnaires sent by email at the end of the course.
Questionnaires accessible via QR codes located in classrooms and common areas.
Specific surveys regarding activities, teaching staff, methodology, and services.
Personalised tutorials with the teacher or academic coordination to review student progress, identify specific needs, and set learning objectives.
Follow-up meetings at the request of the student, the client company, or the academic management team whenever deemed necessary.
The views and feedback gathered through these means form part of the school’s continuous improvement system and contribute to the development and updating of our training programmes.
Suggestions will be reviewed periodically by management and considered within the centre’s continuous improvement process.
The school has a procedure in place for handling complaints, claims, and suggestions. Students may submit their communications:
