    Idealog has been offering in-company courses since 1991. In-company courses are available at all levels, from beginners to advanced (A1 to C2), following the learning guidelines outlined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Our extensive experience in providing in-company classes has made Idealog one of the most renowned language schools in the sector. Our team of teachers travels throughout the province of Barcelona every day, from 7 am to 10 pm.

    The usual schedule consists of 2 classes of 1.5 hours per week, depending on the company’s needs. Each class lasts for 60 minutes. The classes can be conducted in groups or on an individual basis. Additionally, specific seminars are organized throughout the year on topics such as job interviews, meetings, negotiations, writing, telephone skills, presentations, and more.

    Idealog takes care of forming homogeneous groups and determining the course content and objectives in collaboration with the human resources departments. It is necessary to take the center’s level test before joining a group. Idealog is an organizing center for Fundae: we can handle the procedures for subsidies for training employees from other companies.

    Methodology and Objectives 

    The classes are communicative, practical, and interactive, focused on the professional environment. Our programs are established in collaboration with the training departments and tailored to the actual needs of the corporate students. The Human Resources departments of different companies determine the class schedule. A complete course consists of approximately 120 hours, covering a full level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
