Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">The school remains open all year round, except on national and local public holidays.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Customer service is available in several languages.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">The duration of a class is 55 minutes (50 minutes for intensive courses).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Group classes require a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 10.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>2. <strong>Bookings and registration<\/strong><\/div><div dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel applied for each additional fortnight.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"12,2,0\">Once the term has started and the payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><strong>Subsidised training (FUNDAE)<\/strong><\/div><div dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\"><ul data-path-to-node=\"14\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"14,0,0\">Group courses may be subsidised for employees (workers on another&#8217;s account), in accordance with current regulations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>4. <strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/div><div dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\"><strong>By the student<\/strong><\/div><div level up to 8 days before the course start date.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"20,1,0\">In such cases, a training alternative or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>5. <strong>Absences and catch-up classes<\/strong><\/div><div dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\"><strong>Teaching staff<\/strong><\/div><div dir=\"ltr\" aria-live=\"polite\" aria-busy=\"false\">\u00a0<\/div><div teacher absence, the school will endeavour to assign a substitute.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"24,1,0\">Classes not covered by a substitute due to brief absences will be made up at a later
